The Promise Tracker is a comprehensive, enjoyable interactive app for parents and caregivers that contains information and habits you can adopt and customize to encourage your child’s academic success. The Promise Tracker helps to identify, track and achieve concrete goals based on one’s child’s age and developmental needs. One of the interactive components of documentary film, American Promise, the app reinforces content from the film, book (Promises Kept), and networks of parent support clubs (“Promise Clubs”). The Promise Tracker follows the “3 Tiny Habits” methodology of Dr. B. J. Foggs of the Stanford Captology Lab, which states that in order to create a habit, one must first simplify the behavior.
